Breckenridge, CO – It is that time of year again. Each year, residents and visitors in Summit County have the opportunity to get an inside look at some of the most amazing real estate in Breckenridge and Summit County. This year is the 15th annual version of the Summit County Parade of Homes and will take place on September 19 / 20 and 26 /27. A $10 admission fee allows you to tour not only the some of the most beautiful homes in Breckenridge, but 26 of the most beautiful homes in Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Keystone and Copper Mountain. The entrance fee is donated to the Summit Foundation. The tour runs from 10am to 5pm on all days and is self-guided. Builder’s and Homeowners alike display their homes in hopes of winning coveted awards for Design and Construction. Box lunches are available.
